31 Days {Day 16}: Another Autumn Menu

Hi Girls! Thanks for stopping by today… 🙂 Here is my menu for the coming week. Pretty simple, but I’m still looking forward to it and all of the fallish flavors that are on deck.

I’m also starting to do more freezer cooking this week in preparation for the holidays, and if I’m lucky, I’m hoping to get my holiday menu plan finalized (for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, and our Holiday Open House) so that I can begin shopping for it little by little now to reduce the financial strain that shopping for it all at once can bring.

Monday: Crockpot Chicken BBQ (making enough of this to freeze some too), Lima Beans, Sweet Potato Pudding
Tuesday: Over to my sister’s house for dinner
Wednesday: One of the frozen soups in our freezer -probably Corn Chowder, and Beer Bread
Thursday: Apple, Onion, Sausage Bake – Leftover Beer Bread
Friday: Date Night
Saturday: Harvest Chili (making enough to freeze), Cornbread

Freezer cooking: turkey meatballs, black bean burgers, maybe carrot ginger soup
